In Magento, the store title and contact information can be managed from the Magento admin panel.
Managing Store Title:
Log in to the Magento admin panel and go to “Stores” > “Configuration” > “General” > “Design”
Under “HTML Head” you can find “Default Title”, “Default Description” and “Default Keywords”
You can edit the store title and meta information here.
Click on “Save Config” when you’re done
Managing Store Contact Information:
Log in to the Magento admin panel and go to “Stores” > “Configuration” > “General” > “Store Contact”
Here you can manage the store contact information like store name, email, phone, address, etc.
Click on “Save Config” when you’re done

Note: You can also manage the store title, logo, and contact information from the design configuration in the Magento Admin, this can be done by going to “Stores” > “Configuration” > “Design”.
